Lansing, Michigan - May 6, 2002 Signature Applications™ announces the availability of its new Electronic Signature Capture System. This Automated "Sign In" Process is exclusively distributed by Market Masters, Inc. and is being unveiled at this year's Michigan Dental Association Annual Conference May 9-11, 2002 at the Lansing Center, Lansing, Michigan. The event will include demonstrations highlighting the products unique features.

"We're looking ahead to the pending HIPAA standards", Greg Rivet, The Company's President said, "in the old days a simple Clipboard Sign In Process did the job. However, as paperless front office systems become the norm, ensuring patient confidentiality and security continues to be of paramount concern." The new System comes with a Front Counter Tablature, which walks the patient through a couple screens leading to a signature, similar to the payment process used in many retail stores today. The software immediately date/time stamps the information for permanent electronic storage then clears the screen maintaining complete confidentiality. The software will then maintain and report data about patient visits including wait and clinical times to improve efficiency as well as for future insurance purposes.
